Siddharth Saxena

Siddharth Saxena has been a tech entrepreneur, founder and CEO of the first docked solution for electric scooters, catering to walkable cities and micro-communities called White Fox Scooters. He focused on product and market strategy, investor relations, and driving the growth of the firm. After running multiple startups, he was able to implement such a successful internship program that the other companies in their incubator started asking for help on hiring as well. Since then, through word of mouth and referrals, Sidd and his team have been able to help many startups leverage one of the most useful and underutilized assets of interns.
 

Mr. Saxena started his career in commercial and investment banking and has had experience at bulge bracket banks including Wells Fargo; as well as boutique firms where he got the understanding of corporate deal structure, financial modeling and engineering.
 

He also ran a successful startup, Capital Comfort. He drove the innovative direct delivery of mattress pads designed for college dorms to students in a market with a lot of seasonal demand.
 

Mr. Saxena has played key roles in YPO YNG+ for many years in building communities in northeast, southeast and pacific region and is most recently leading the YNG effort in New York City.
 

He completed his undergraduate degree from Babson College with a concentration in Finance and Entrepreneurship.

Asha Saxena

Asha Saxena is a strategic, innovative leader with a proven track record of building successful businesses. With a strong academic background, creative problem-solving skills, and an effective management style, Saxena has been instrumental in building business models for success.

Asha Saxena is a Director for several for-profit companies. She served as CEO of ACULYST Corp. Healthcare Data Analytics Firm, built an eCommerce Company and served as a CEO of Future Technologies Inc., an international data management solutions firm for twenty years.

Asha Saxena is an Adjunct Professor at Columbia Business School, where she teaches Big Data Analytics and Entrepreneurship courses for graduate students and is a keynote speaker on big data. She’s also been nominated to be one of the Entrepreneurs-in-Residence at Columbia Business School.

Saxena graduated as a computer science engineer from Bangalore University in India and attended management programs at MIT and London Business School. In the area of operational excellence, Saxena is certified as a Six Sigma Black Belt professional. She started her professional career in a New York-based IT firm and has enjoyed challenging, diverse assignments in the financial services industry.

Saxena was invited to be a part of the World Economic Forum where Future Technologies Inc. was named “Global Growth Company 2007.” Her entrepreneurial spirit has also enabled her to gain notable success as a restaurateur, real-estate developer, and movie studio producer.

In addition to her entrepreneurial and educational success, Saxena has been an instrumental leader in the community by developing long-lasting relationships with numerous organizations (both for-profit and not-for-profit) through memberships, affiliations, and mentorships and has received awards for her personal and professional contributions.

Asha is a long standing member of YPO. She has been married for 27 years and is the proud mother to two boys.
